| Reinforced
K-frames are all hot tanked, sand blasted and checked for straightness. The factory welds are rewelded and we weld the seam all around. The steering box mount is boxed, and gusseted. Also, these F.M.J. K-frames have extra plating and gusseting because they have a history of flexing and bending enough to cause alignment problems. So these frames get the extra treatment, (see pictures). K-frames are then de-burred, cleaned up, and ready for paint.
